At LESTRANGE, we are committed to helping you build a modular wardrobe that lasts; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or box to minimize waste.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
